Role: Counseling Team

Purpose:

Informing MySPURT Clients and Sound Prosperity Members about their options to use SPURT.

Domains

Education on behalf of the purpose is the area assigned to Counseling Team.

Accountabilities

  1. Educating SOUND on Sound Prosperity and SPURT in general.
  2. Educating, and Motivating clients to uplift their lives.
  3. Educating on how to set up teams.
  4. Registering new clients.
  5. Collecting Business Plans from the clients.
  6. Educating on SPURT Loans.
  7. Providing information on how to set up properly a team.
  8. A Counseling Team is NOT permitted to request ANY money for education.
  9. A Counseling Team IS permitted to ask VERY LOW, REASONABLE money for DATA.
  10. A Counseling Team is accountable for reporting any other person in his area requesting money for the education of SPURT and Sound Prosperity and promising SPURT accounts.
  11. Accountable for a good working Circle.
  12. Removing constraints within the Circle to the City Circle enacting its Purpose and Accountabilities.
  13. Establishing new strategies and options for the teams to grow, with the knowledge of what SPURT and Sound Prosperity can mean for them.
  14. Establishing new strategies and options for the Circle to be attractive and accessible.
  15. It is not permitted to actively RECRUIT new clients.
  16. Clients only within a circle of 20KM at the max.
  17. It is not permitted to have more teams than you actually can control. (Max. 400 clients).

Requirements:

  1. To be part of a three team members Counseling Team, you will need to follow the provided trainings, and get permission of the Umbrella Organization.
  2. The Umbrella Organization will continously check your honesty, dignity and proper information you provide to others.
  3. This organization will have the power to take away your title of a Counseling Team. 
  4. A Counseling Team consists of three people, with only ONE goal, to make SPURT and Sound Prosperity a valuable way to abundance for all involved.
  5. The three team-members of the Counseling Team hold each other accountable for the teachings, for their honesty and their COMMITMENT to be of service.
  6. It is required to accept ONLY clients from your own area, at the most 20 KM from where you live.
  7. You are allowed to have, at the most, 400 clients.
  8. If you live in a dense area, your area might only be 5 KM.

  1. Support from the Sound Prosperity Zimbabwe Foundation and Sound Prosperity Switzerland in the form of Irene Schoots.

  3. We expect from you the same as you can expect from us: Respect, honesty and the willingness to serve the people we work with.
  4. EACH of you is IMPORTANT for the whole being of Sound Prosperity AND your country!

Policy:

The database of A Counseling Team /Admin is the domain of Sound Prosperity Social Organization and is not permitted to be used for any other purpose as for Sound Prosperity, nor can it be shared with anyone else. For example, You cannot sell or provide the information to anyone else, even if the other person is, privately, the holder of the Role: Counseling Team. This also means that you cannot use the database of Sound Prosperity Social Organization to do, privately, Network Marketing.
