Certification of Educators

Purpose:

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the certification team and ensuring that Educators meet all the certification requirements to remain certified, ensuring quality of working with Sound Prosperity Rules.

Accountabilities:

1. Managing the day-to-day activities regarding certification, training and development.
2. Ensuring high quality of Sound Prosperity Educators on a consistent basis.
3. Ensuring certification is attained by meeting eligibility requirements for education and experience, and passing assessment exams
4. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of educators on the basis of their key responsibilities and in line with Sound Prosperity Policies.
5. Ensuring high quality of business mentality.
6. Ensuring trainings/workshops are provided, for FREE, on how to register new clients to new Educators, to ensure transfer of skills.
7. Connecting to Educators unexpectedly, but on a regular basis.
8. Verifying an individual's ability to good relationship management with clients
9. Overseeing to the adherence to all current certification protocols
10. Implementing innovations and initiatives in collaboration with other circles to strengthen the certification to meet her main objectives.
11. Working closely with the Anchor in the planning and execution of all the strategic objectives of certification, training and development.

Purpose: Informing MySPURT Clients and Sound Prosperity Members about their options to use SPURT. Domains Education on behalf of the purpose is the area assigned to Counseling Team. Accountabilities Educating SOUND on Sound Prosperity and SPURT in general. Educating, and Motivating clients to uplift their lives. Educating on how to set up teams. Registering new clients. Collecting Business Plans from the clients. Educating on SPURT Loans. Providing information on how to set up properly a team. A Counseling Team is NOT permitted to request ANY money for education. A Counseling Team IS permitted to ask VERY LOW, REASONABLE money for DATA.
