Business Plan/ Game Plan
2017-08-15
A Business/Project can ONLY be presented following these steps:
- All members of the Project/Business Team should listen to all 12 Mindvalley video's presented under "THE THREE MOST IMPORTANT QUESTIONS." After that they can answer the questions in the form. The speaker can present himself and his team and offer a Game Plan to info@soundprosperity.org.
- They have to take TIME to do that. One lesson a day! We are not satisfied with fluffy answers, for this is about a lot of money! We do not want to work with people who did not take the time to THINK about their lives.
- In the meantime, the plan can be made, all information can be found and added. Also members WAITING can support the other, already active projects to start well. This will count as extra proof that the Business Team is serious.
- All Project/Business speakers should commit to follow LifeQuest! (See http://soundprosperity.org)
- All Projects/Businesses should be presented with a heading in EACH email of the NAME of the project speaker and the kind of business they want to do. Like: John Smith: Personal trainer.
- The hierarchy of presenting the projects is: Members do not contact Sound Prosperity but present their project through a Speaker to the Counselor. (Until one is chosen, this is Charles Chindove.) and might ask assistance for calculations from the Administrative Team. He knows the way to get the information to Sound Prosperity, after approval.
A Business Plan should always contain:
- A short introduction from you, as a person and from the company (business) you want to start. This can be 4-5 sentences: Introduction
- Why you start this business: The purpose of this business
- Why you think you can sell these products: The market.
- Why do you think YOU are THE person to do this: My Skills.
- First concrete steps I will take.
- Description of the product, for example, T-Shirts printed on one side, two sides, prices: Product description.
- Target.
- Strategy.
- Financial information. (see below)
- Financial forecast for the next year.
- HOW do you plan to work with MySPURT? Were you able to speak to the suppliers to accept SPURT? What are you offering the clients? (Did you study the T&C in this blog?)
- Your DETAILED account information, where you would want to receive the funds.
Example of a SMALL business in Africa on how you can set up the financial information:
What is the price of the things you need to buy to be able to sell the product?
Write it like this: Below you will find several options:
One side Printing |
||
Costs100 T-Shirts à $ xxx |
$ xxxx | |
| Printing one side 100 x $ xxx | $ xxxx | |
| Xxxx Costs | $ xxxx | |
| Travel costs | $ xxxx | |
| Total costs for 100 T-Shirts | $ xxxx | |
ProfitSelling price of the T-Shirts $xxx each and xx (e.g.10 SPURT.) |
||
| The total profit will be 100x $ xxxx | $ xxxx | |
| 2% of the profit for the Community Center | $ xxxx- | |
| Total selling in $ | $ xxxx | |
| Total Profit in $ ( Profit minus costs. | $ xxxx | |
| Totals | $ xxxx | $ xxxx |
| Total Profit in SPURT 100 x SPU xxx | ||
Double printing |
||
Costs |
||
| 100 T-Shirts à $ xxx | $ xxxx | |
| Printing two sides 100 x $ xxx | $ xxxx | |
| Xxxx Costs | $ xxxx | |
| Travelling | $ xxxx | |
| Total costs for 100 T-Shirts | $ xxxx | |
Profit |
||
| Selling price of the T-Shirts $xxx each and xx (e.g.10 SPURT.) | ||
| The total profit will be 200x $ xxxx | $ xxxx | |
| 2% of the profit for the Community Center | $ xxxx- | |
| Total Selling in $ | $ xxxx | |
Total Profit in $ ( Profit minus costs.) |
$ xxxx | |
| Totals | $ xxxx | $ xxxx |
| Total Profit in SPURT 200 x SPU xxxx | ||
Same examples with 200 T-Shirts:
It is important is to talk to the supplier of the T-Shirts and the printer and ask them if they would accept at least a part of the price in SPURT. If they do that, your profit is bigger or you can sell them cheaper.
They should know that if they, on
their turn, USE their SPURT as a businessman, to pay other suppliers, they will
get their SPURT they spend COMPENSATED! This means that they can buy stuff and
not pay for it. (See http://myspurt.org/marketplace/100-compensation) and http://myspurt.org/marketplace/how-compensation-is-working) (These offers might soon be changed.)
If a Vendor would sell the production from one year to SPURT (and still will be able to sell the things because he always will have a new production), he would receive SPURT for the value of 50% of the amount immediately on his account. With those SPURTs he can buy things with other suppliers and will be compensated (see above). This is a very interesting part of the MySPURT Marketplace.
