Open a MySPURT account.
From July 1, 2017, on, there are no FREE accounts anymore*. To open an account, you have to pay (see below). You can also WORK in the community to open an account.
Also, the 200 SPURT per person is no longer available. The reason is that at this moment SPURT is not used the way it should be. BUT all people can WORK to get SPURT. We will talk about this below. We might add this start up capital at a later time again.
The openings fee is set by the Team which is registering you. It depends on your situation. If you belong to the group of unemployed youngsters, the fee will be $2.—. This money will go to the Community Support Fund [CSF]** to support new Businesses and pay the bills.
If you cannot pay the fee, you can work 3 hours (minimum) for the community. You will earn 30 SPURT and can transfer 2 SPURT to the account of CSF. 28 SPURT will be left on your account.
Others, with a different budget, cannot have an account for this reduced fee. They have to pay a required initial deposit, as all MySPURT clients. In these countries, the deposited amount can be set by the Administrative Team and in arrangement with Client. The amount they pay will be deposited in their account at TWICE the value. (This is a temporarily offer.)
If someone opens an account and is depositing $50,- the value in SPURT will be 100 SPURT on his account. After the account is activated, they can pay suppliers for the products/services.
10% of the deposited amount will be transferred in SPURT+ to the account of the SPONSOR of the new client. At the end of each month, the Sponsor can request CSF the SPURT+ to be exchanged into USD. The Sponsor is probably the supplier of the product/service.
*In rare cases a Prosperity Center might approve a FREE account.

20% of the deposited amount will be used by CSF to be able to exchange SPURT into SPURT+ and into USD for the workers.
10% of the deposited amount will be used by the CSF to pay daily bills.
60% of the deposited amount will be used to support Members in their effort to start a business. (After approval of their Business Plan by Sound Prosperity.)*In rare cases a Prosperity Center might approve a FREE account.
**Community Support Fund [CSF]
The Community Support Fund is set up to support the community.
It is a Team chosen by all Sound Prosperity members in that area. It has at least SEVEN people. FIVE of SEVEN need to agree on the proposed project and on HOW funds are spend.
The Community Support Fund [CSF] us funded by new clients, depositing their money into their SPURT account (required to open an account). Another source of incoming money will be any person with a MySPURT account, doing business, has to pay 2% of their Total Earnings into the Community Support Fund. CSF can use this money to help others start their business or pay bills. (A Controller provides the Balance Sheet.)

Suppliers accepting SPURT
All providers of any product or service, working with SPURT, should accept 20% of what they deliver in SPURT.
They can sell their future production to the providers of SPURT and receive 150% of that value immediately in their MySPURT account.
At each beginning of the new month, they offer a calculation of the past month to the chosen Adminstrative Team of the area, which will exchange the received SPURT into the exchangeable SPURT+. 10% of SPURT+ will be used to pay 2% into the Community Support Fund [CSF]*.
They can sell their future production to the providers of SPURT and receive 150% of that value immediately in their MySPURT account.

Clients can profit by paying 20% in SPURT, after opening their account. Because they received 2x the value they paid in their account, they have a rebate of 10%.
Suppliers can USE their SPURT to pay OTHER suppliers for items they might need. If they do that, they get the used SPURT 100% compensated, so in fact, they bought the items without paying. (This is a promotion offer.)

Work for the community and earn SPURT.
Please see this video’s how a community can be supported by digital currency. Find out what YOU can do, what YOU can offer to the community and use SPURT as payment. Find out how YOU can earn SPURT. The Administrative Team will pay 10 SPURT for each hour you are working.
You could, for example, tell the Hairdresser that you are willing to be the receptionist three hours a week. In the meantime, you might do small administrative work or clean up, provide coffee or tea, etc. You could of course also present yourself for more than just three hours a week and earn more. (See “I offer a Job in Africa”). You get paid in SPURT, and the hairdresser has fewer costs to pay, so she CAN provide the 10% rebate.
There will be more and more businesses where you can use your SPURT to pay for products and services.
You could assist in selling T-Shirts. You can help the baker, the car mechanic, any of the Teams. WHAT can YOU do in your community? See the Video’s to gather ideas. Set up a Master Group to bring up ideas. When you work for a person for free, that person can pay you in what they offer, like the baker would provide bread. You might even learn a new profession you like.
You earn each hour 10 SPURT. If you are doing this full time, you can apply for “I offer a Job,” through the Prosperity Center.
Transfer of SPURT to other clients.
Transfers are free to make by any client to any client. There is ONE restriction though. You are not permitted to ask other clients their SPURT to invest in ANY program you might find on the Internet or among SPURT Clients to earn more SPURT when this SPURT comes from the originally paid 200 SPURT. We provided those SPURT to buy bread or any product available for SPURT.
If clients want to use the by themselves earned SPURT for this kind of speculative transfers, they are free (This is one of the reasons we stopped with providing 200 SPURT per household.) SPURT earned that way are NOT exchangeable in (the exchangeable) SPURT+.
