Team Motivator

Purpose:

Connecting Circle and Team(s) through Team Speakers 

Domains: 

Advising and checking on Teams of your Circle. 

Accountabilities

  1. Ensuring that new clients followed education and are able to apply the mindset classes.
  2. Correcting counterproductive behaviors within the Circle.
  3. Encouraging clients to maintain their dignity and respect.
  4. Attending grievances procedurally.

  5. Promoting team work (spirit de corps).
  6. Inspiring and encouraging clients to work.
  7. Monitoring the number of hours worked. 
  8. Checking on the quality of the work.
  9. Supporting Team Speakers to provide information to Admin for payment timeously.
  10. Making sure that projects are implemented in the correct way and well monitored.
  11. Motivating clients to be innovative and creative, coming up with new ways of doing work.
  12. Making sure the flow of work is well maintained.
  13. Checking on ID's if paid by SPURT Jobs.
  14. Supplying correct information to all team players.
  15. Advising clients on all kind of problems.
  16. Representing the team, in connection with the Team Speaker, to the Circle.
  17. Advising possible connection to other Circles.
  18. Refering to disciplinary action committee for hearings.
  19. Reporting monthly overview on state of affairs to higher Circle, copying Educator of the Circle of Circle involved.
