A Team Speaker is called Rep (Representative) Link.

Purpose:

1. Defining, with the team, the purpose of the team.
2. Supporting the team to understand that the team is SELF-RELIANT. (meaning NOT dependent on the Educator.) 
3. Defending the purpose of the team at all times.

Domain

1. The Team speaker is chosen to be a Team Speaker. This makes the team a SELF-RELIANT workforce, NOT depending in ANY decision made by someone OUTSIDE the team, not even by the Circle.

Accountabilities:

  1. Together Each Achieves More T E A M
  2. Connecting to other teams with the same products. 
  3. Connecting to the Circle Motivator.
  4. Providing information from outside the team to the team partners.
  5. Controlling the hours agreed to be made by each of the partners.
  6. Providing the hours of the partners to the Circle Administration for Registration at the latest on the 20th of the month.
  7. Removing constraints within the Team to the Team Motivator of the Circle enacting its Purpose and Accountabilities.
  8. Allowing and supporting the Motivator to check the hours, the motivation and the knowledge of what Sound Prosperity is with each of the partners.
  9. Establishing priorities and strategies for the team.
  10. Coordinating productivities.
  11. Supporting the whole team in its efforts to produce as much and as good as they can.
Requirements: (Remember, this is a ROLE, not a PERSON)
  1. Team Speaker is appointed by the team by voting by the partners.
  2. The period is half a year.
  3. If after one-half year the voting shows that Team Speaker has less than 60 points, TS has to leave the Role. 
  4. If TS has more points Team Speaker can be re-elected.

Purpose: Informing MySPURT Clients and Sound Prosperity Members about their options to use SPURT. Domains Education on behalf of the purpose is the area assigned to Counseling Team. Accountabilities Educating SOUND on Sound Prosperity and SPURT in general. Educating, and Motivating clients to uplift their lives. Educating on how to set up teams. Registering new clients. Collecting Business Plans from the clients. Educating on SPURT Loans. Providing information on how to set up properly a team. A Counseling Team is NOT permitted to request ANY money for education.
