Educator

Purpose:

Be a servant to the (future) clients of SPURT and Sound Prosperity members.

Domains

Education in the area assigned to Educator. Educator may request permission to work elsewhere too.

Accountabilities

  1. Educating SOUND on Sound Prosperity and SPURT in general.
  2. Educating, and Motivating clients to uplift their lives.
  3. Educating on how to set up teams.
  4. Providing information to the Role "Administrator Registrations" about new clients. An Educator is NOT registering new clients himself as Educator.
  5. Providing information to the Role TEAM Set Up./li>
  6. Providing information to the Role Motivator of TEAMS.
  7. Educating on SPURT Jobs.
  8. An Educator is NOT permitted to request ANY money for education.
  9. An Educator IS permitted to ask VERY LOW, REASONABLE money for WIFI.n>
  10. An Educator is accountable for reporting any other person in his area requesting money for the education of SPURT and Sound Prosperity and promising SPURT accounts.
  11. Showing, with large characters, to all people WHILE educating, that nobody needs to pay for receiving education, a SPURT account or setting up a team.
  12. Accountable for a good working Circle.
  13. Removing constraints within the Circle to the City Circle enacting its Purpose and Accountabilities.
  14. Establishing new strategies and options for the teams to grow, with the knowledge of what SPURT and Sound Prosperity can mean for them.
  15. Establishing new strategies and options for the Circle to be attractive and accessible.
  16. It is not permitted to actively RECRUIT new clients.
  17. It is not permitted to “Steal” teams from other educators, but teams are free to join your circle when they feel that you work SOUND and are a GOOD SERVANT.
  18. It is not permitted to have more teams than you actually can control.
An Educator is permitted to accept the role of Administrator until up to 100 clients are registered. Then the ROLE of Admin will be appointed, by the Lead Link, to someone else.

Requirements:

  1. Be a certified educator, which includes the 90 days training.
  2. Wear a badge and be able to show the certification.
  3. Be able to show the LifePlan in real to any Motivator or certifier, although it is not required to show the private details.
  4. It is not required to accept ONLY clients from its own area.

Policy:

The database of the educator /Admin is the domain of Sound Prosperity Social Organization and is not permitted to be used for any other purpose as for Sound Prosperity, nor can it be shared with anyone else. For example, You cannot sell or provide the information to anyone else, even if the other person is, privately, the holder of the Role Educator. This also means that you cannot use the database of Sound Prosperity Social Organization to do, privately, Network Marketing.
