Legal Assistant


Legal Assistant (LA) between SPFZ and the government.

Purpose

To fulfill REQUIRED steps for Sound Prosperity to connect to RDC and ZRP in your area.

Domains 

Connection to RDC (Rural District Council) and ZRP (Zimbabwean Republic Police).

Accountabilities

  1. Making sure that required papers are taken care of, so that legally, we can work on the ground.
  2. Making sure to NOT provide ANY information more than the required minimum.
  3. Making sure to refrain from ANY political connection.
  4. Forwarding each signed document to our Legal Advisor.
  5. Using ONLY papers known and approved by the Legal Advisor.
  6. Making sure that not one government official or councilor or any other official person is placed on the SPURT Jobs list. (this is to protect them from being accused of corruption.)
  7. Assuring that no PERSONAL information from any of our workers is provided to the government.

Policies

Sound Prosperity is a Social Organization aiming on bringing COMMERCE to countries we operate in. We are NOT a charity and should not be treated like that. We train people to teach our goal, commerce. They are our certified Educators and wear our badges.
We bring people together to start businesses and commerce and change their lives in doing so.
A Legal Assistant is connecting Sound Prosperity, which is a NON Political organization, with the government. It is a requirement that the LA is making clear to any official person, that SPSO and SPZF are both non-political. The advantage is, that when the politics would change, the rules under which we work will still be the same. We also do not intend to have advantages because we would prefer one or another political party, nor do we want any political party to be able to say, that they brought Sound Prosperity to the public. We are here FOR the people and BY the people ONLY.

Purpose: Informing MySPURT Clients and Sound Prosperity Members about their options to use SPURT. Domains Education on behalf of the purpose is the area assigned to Counseling Team. Accountabilities Educating SOUND on Sound Prosperity and SPURT in general. Educating, and Motivating clients to uplift their lives. Educating on how to set up teams. Registering new clients. Collecting Business Plans from the clients. Educating on SPURT Loans. Providing information on how to set up properly a team. A Counseling Team is NOT permitted to request ANY money for education.
