Treasurer

Purpose:

Safekeeping all assets within the Circle.

Domains:

Working within the Circle.

Accountabilities

  1. Understanding very well that no funds can be accepted from clients for anything that has to do with setting up SPURT accounts or any Sound Prosperity program.
  2. Understanding that the ONLY exception is:
    1. SMALL amounts for Wifi, like 50ct.
    2. small amounts for assisting clients with things they COULD do themselves, like checking their accounts, requesting new paswords, transferring SPURT to other accounts.
  3. Safekeeping and administering funds received for Wifi, and other services mentioned in 2.b
  4. Paying and administering any costs, like Wifi, to service providers.
  5. Making sure there is enough money to pay for service providers on time.
  6. Making sure that money meant to be used for Wifi is not used for anything else.
  7. Safekeeping the SPURT received for the Team or Circle on basis of SPURT Jobs.
  8. Paying when possible for products or services with SPURT.
  9. Collecting Budgets prepared by teams, lower Circles, and checking if all aspects are considered wel and if SPURT is considered for any expenses.
  10. Presenting these Budgets to SPFC (or BAM/PAM).
  11. Preparing Business Plans for projects within the Circle.
  12. Presenting Business Plans to SPFC or BAM, PAM) for advice.
  13. Monitoring and controling the Budget in close connecton to selected SPFC or BAM/PAM.
  14. Buying products and services for the Circle always accompanied by the SPFC, BAM of PAM, who will provide Fiat currency for the products or services, AFTER checking if SPURT is not an acceptable currency.
  15. Presenting a monthly report for finances within the Circle in the governance meeting of the circle.
  16. Making a monthly report for the finances in the Circle and present it to the Treasurer of the higher circle.
  17. Being prepared to keep all Financial Records and transactions in a transparent manner and at all time available for inspection and members of the circle
  18. Presenting annual reports from calendar years within two months after the year is over.
 

Domain Region Circle, City Circle, Country Circle

A treasury is always reporting to the higher Circle.

Purpose: Informing MySPURT Clients and Sound Prosperity Members about their options to use SPURT. Domains Education on behalf of the purpose is the area assigned to Counseling Team. Accountabilities Educating SOUND on Sound Prosperity and SPURT in general. Educating, and Motivating clients to uplift their lives. Educating on how to set up teams. Registering new clients. Collecting Business Plans from the clients. Educating on SPURT Loans. Providing information on how to set up properly a team. A Counseling Team is NOT permitted to request ANY money for education. A Counseling Team IS permitted to ask VERY LOW, REASONABLE money for DATA. A Counseling Team is accountable for reporting any other person in his area requesting money for the education of SPURT and Sound Prosperity and promising SPURT accounts.
