Circle
A Circle is a place where all people working with me are united.
I will want to make my Circle as good as I can, for I want to deliver the best services I can.
The better my Circle is, the more clients are interested in what I deliver.
What kind of Circles can there be?
You might connect to more than one Circle. For example. One of the Educators might want to specify on Health and Wealth, and that is exactly what I want too, but I also want to go into housing.
At this moment, there are more or less only Circles of Educators, but there will be others too, and you might want to join those too.
There might be a City Circle and, of course, a Country Circle.
The City and Country Circle are representing the city and the country and organize things collectively.
In all Circles, people have Roles. These Roles provide clear instructions on what the accountabilities of the person having this role are. Also the requirements and in some cases the policies are defined. Please see the label ROLES for these specifications.

What kind of Circles can there be?
- A Circle in a specific area, with the main focus on new SPURT Clients.
- A Circle for a specific branch. My field might be vegetables. I want to bring all vegetable suppliers together within my Circle, so that we can buy seeds together and sell our products together. We might even buy machines to harvest easier. We might buy waterpumps to water the vegetables.
- There might be a Circle for Care, for example care for elderly people. Now that there is a circle for that purpose, we might be able to buy equipment to support the elderly people. We could think about housing, hospital visits and all those kind of things. Such a Cicle can work for the whole city.
- A Circle can also be connected to a certain area. When you live in a rural area, you might have specific problems for that area.
- Each Educator has his own Circle, and the better his or her service, the more clients will want to work with him or her.
- A Church could build its own Circle.
- A Circle is not necessarily connected to registration of SPURT Clients.

Educator Circle
Each Educator is or has a Circle. An Educator Circle consists of the Educator, the Administrator(team), a Lead link, appointing roles to people within the Circle. A Team Motivator, a Facilitator, Secretary and several specific Roles. Each Circle also has a Rep Link (former Team speaker), which we used to connect to the City Roles.Region Circle, City Circle and Country Circle
There might be a need for a Circle in your Region. That Circle might want to organize events, fairs, take care of government related problems etc. Any person working for the government, including Councilors are NOT permitted to be paid by SPURT. That would be a conflict of interest. There might be a City Circle and, of course, a Country Circle.
