Purpose:

Connecting Circles to higher Circles.

Domains: 

Reporting what is happening within the Circle.

Accountabilities

  1. Updating on a weekly or monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, the higher Circle on progress and activities done by the Circle.
  2. Keeping records of activities into the database, accessible to all higher Circles.
  3. Coordinating with Motivators and Lead Links on the progress and problems.
  4. Meeting, online when possible each two weeks, higher Circles for governance meetings.
  5. Ensuring a smooth flow of communication between Circles to higher Circles.

Policies

Since all live not close together, we will do our utmost to organize online conferences for governance. It is important that we get used to this kind of communication. It is also important that there is a system where all reports can be clearly published, for all to see and learn from.

Purpose: Informing MySPURT Clients and Sound Prosperity Members about their options to use SPURT. Domains Education on behalf of the purpose is the area assigned to Counseling Team. Accountabilities Educating SOUND on Sound Prosperity and SPURT in general. Educating, and Motivating clients to uplift their lives. Educating on how to set up teams. Registering new clients.
