- Keeping tied bookkeeping of the expenses, in coordination with Treasury.
- Finding the place.
- Hiring material necessary.
- Decorating.
- Inviting Speakers.
- Arranging music and loudspeakers.
- Leading the Event.
- Cleaning up after the event.
- Write Report about the event within one week.
