Accountabilities

  1. Planning, also financially, the event.
  2. Keeping tied bookkeeping of the expenses, in coordination with Treasury.
  3. Finding the place.
  4. Hiring material necessary.
  5. Decorating.
  6. Inviting Speakers.
  7. Arranging music and loudspeakers.
  8. Leading the Event.
  9. Cleaning up after the event.
  10. Write Report about the event within one week.
