Purpose

Ensuring quality of working with Sound Prosperity Rules.

Accountability

  1. Ensuring high quality of Sound Prosperity Educators on a consistent basis.
  1. Testing new Sound Prosperity Educators for certification.
  1. Ensuring high quality of business mentality.
  1. Ensuring teams are trained on Sound Prosperity Policies, by working with the reports of the Team Motivators.
  1. Ensuring clients and teams are motivated, by sending out own motivators for unexpected visits to teams and Circle Admins.
  1. Ensuring this way, that clients get paid when working and quality of provided work for SPURT Jobs.
  1. Ensuring clients are paid on time, by unexpectedly requesting payment dates for certain teams.
  1. Outlining disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
  1. Outlining disciplinary procedures for teams and educators working outside of the SP Rules.
  1. Conflict management in combination with the Complaint Officer.
  1. Providing Trainings, for FREE, on how to register new clients to new Educators, because it is a SP service.
  1. Managing Crises.
  1. Providing Workshops, when qualified trainings are possible, to ensure transfer of skills.
  1. During implementation process, hands on.
  1. Connecting to Lead Links and Team Speakers unexpectedly, but on a regular basis.
  1. Making sure that all staff gets paid.
  1. Making sure that holidays are paid and payment is done according to the rules.
  1. Working together with the SPSC for all people in need of help.
