Purpose
Ensuring quality of working with Sound Prosperity Rules.
Accountability
- Ensuring high quality of Sound Prosperity Educators on a consistent basis.
- Testing new Sound Prosperity Educators for certification.
- Ensuring high quality of business mentality.
- Ensuring teams are trained on Sound Prosperity Policies, by working with the reports of the Team Motivators.
- Ensuring clients and teams are motivated, by sending out own motivators for unexpected visits to teams and Circle Admins.
- Ensuring this way, that clients get paid when working and quality of provided work for SPURT Jobs.
- Ensuring clients are paid on time, by unexpectedly requesting payment dates for certain teams.
- Outlining disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
- Outlining disciplinary procedures for teams and educators working outside of the SP Rules.
- Conflict management in combination with the Complaint Officer.
- Providing Trainings, for FREE, on how to register new clients to new Educators, because it is a SP service.
- Managing Crises.
- Providing Workshops, when qualified trainings are possible, to ensure transfer of skills.
- During implementation process, hands on.
- Connecting to Lead Links and Team Speakers unexpectedly, but on a regular basis.
- Making sure that all staff gets paid.
- Making sure that holidays are paid and payment is done according to the rules.
- Working together with the SPSC for all people in need of help.
