An Employee
or Team partner is the basis for all a team or business is doing. It is their
task to do the work the boss, or team is providing to the best of their
possibilities.
Accountabilities
- Starting work on the agreed upon time.
- Making hours agreed upon.
- Working on the task he/she agreed upon with the boss or team.
- Doing the work to their best.
- Voting for Team Speaker, each half year.
- Taking own responsibility for the work.
- Notifying Team Speaker if you cannot work on time.
Policies
- You have the right to work 40 hours a week for SPURT Jobs.
- You have the right to be paid during illness, if excused by a doctor, for one half year.
- In case of death, you will be paid during three months after death.
Your wife/husband will inherit your total account if there are no children.
If you have children, your wife/husband will inherit 50% and the children all together 50%.
Family is ONLY allowed to access your account if there are no children or partner.
https://myspurt.org/open-spurt-account/terms-conditions - In case of pregnancy, you have maternity benefit 6 weeks before the baby is expected and 6 weeks after birth. You might also choose to work till the last day and add the worked time to the time after the baby is there.
- Unexcused staying away from work, will cause exclusion from work and payment.
- Repeated unexcused staying away will cause exclusion for work for the next half year at least.
- You will have 4 weeks paid vacation.
- Family visits, for any reason are counted as vacation.
In case it is longer as the 4 weeks, you will not receive SPURT during the time you are gone IF excused. Otherwise it will be counted as unexcused staying away, - Christian holidays:
Eastern: Good Friday and Eastermonday are paid free days.
