SPURT Job Advisor

Purpose:

Work within the organization you work with and be a servant to the (future) clients of SPURT and Sound Prosperity members.

Domains

The organization you work for, with the specialism, and obligation to explain that SPURT and Sound Prosperity (SPURT Jobs) can be used with OR without your organization.

Accountabilities

  1. Separating SPURT and Sound Prosperity from your own organization. 
  2. Making very clear that future clients can be a client and work with SPURT Jobs WITHOUT being part of your organization. They can work with our official Educators.
  3. Educating SOUND on Sound Prosperity and SPURT in general.
  4. Educating, and Motivating clients to uplift their lives.
  5. Educating on how to set up teams.
  6. Providing information to the Role "Administrator Registrations" about new clients. An SPURT Job Advisor is NOT necessarily registering new clients himself.
  7. Providing information to the Role TEAM Set Up.
  8. Providing information to the Role Motivator of TEAMS.
  9. Refraining from requesting ANY money for any education of SPURT and SPURT Jobs (Sound Prosperity).
  10. Using the WIFI of the organization he/she works for.
  11. A SPURT Job Advisor is responsible for the education of SPURT and Sound Prosperity.
  12. Showing, with large characters, to all people WHILE educating, that nobody needs to pay for receiving education, a SPURT account or setting up a team.
  13. Recruiting, actively, new clients is not permitted.
  14. Stealing teams from other educators is not permitted, but teams are free to join your organization when they feel that you work SOUND and are a GOOD SERVANT.
  15. It is not permitted to have more teams than you actually can control.
  16. A SPURT Job Advisor is permitted to accept the role of Administrator until up to 100 clients are registered. Then the ROLE of Admin needs to be appointed, by the Lead Link, to someone else.

Requirements:

  1. You have to have the right to call yourself a SPURT Job Advisor after you followed the 90 days training and are allowed to have this title by the committee. You are NOT a certified Educator. 
  2. Since you work for an organization, you cannot work at the same time for Sound Prosperity or SPURT. For that reason you cannot have a badge nor be able to show a SP certification.
    There is a conflict of interest, for working for Sound Prosperity is free for all attendees, and for working with your organization a fee is required.
  3. Be able to show the LifePlan in real to any Motivator or certifier, although it is not required to show the private details.>

Policy:

The database of the SPURT Job Advisor /Admin is the domain of Sound Prosperity Social Organization and is not permitted to be used for any other purpose as for Sound Prosperity, nor can it be shared with anyone else. For example, You cannot sell or provide the information to anyone else, even if the other person is, privately, the holder of the Role Educator. This also means that you cannot use the database of Sound Prosperity Social Organization to do, privately, Network Marketing.

Purpose: Informing MySPURT Clients and Sound Prosperity Members about their options to use SPURT. Domains Education on behalf of the purpose is the area assigned to Counseling Team. Accountabilities Educating SOUND on Sound Prosperity and SPURT in general. Educating, and Motivating clients to uplift their lives. Educating on how to set up teams. Registering new clients.
