Purpose:

Solving Problems within Team or Circle

Accountabilities

  1. LISTEN to complaints.
  2. Providing the complaint to the Admin of the Circle if it is about the account.
  3. Finding out what is the REAL story.
  4. NOT JUDGING.
  5. Taking steps to solve the complaint.
  6. Gossiping about the information of the complaint is prohibited.
  7. Contacting Anchor Circle if necessary.
